y name is Eva Rosenberg and I am "The Baby Boomer's Broker." But don't let that fool you. My clients span all age ranges. Would it surprise you to know the majority are from Generations X and Y? I do have a real passion, though, for working with that group we've come to know as the Baby Boomer generation. Having been a Realtor® for over 20 years, I noticed that the needs of the generation of people born between approximately 1948 to the mid 1960s were not being specifically addressed. I created this website with the goal of assisting this large segment of the population. I believe that knowing your choices can greatly assist in making good decisions. Golf course or waterfront communities, 55+ active adult senior communities, vacation homes or investment properties are among a myriad of attainable opportunities. You might be an "empty nester", considering retirement, or are actually retired. In all cases, proper planning is vital.
