Hi Eva,
I just wanted to take a few minutes to thank you for helping us find and purchase our home. You made everything SO easy and smooth for us. From day one, you made it your goal to help us find what we were looking for, constantly e-mailing properties that you felt matched what we wanted (and they did!), always going out of your way to make sure we had all the information, setting up appointments on short notice and just providing the friendly service that is often hard to find these days. You were extremely patient, always smiling and willing to help in any way possible. No matter what the obstacle was you found a way around it!! You were not pushy (which is extremely important for us) to get the sale and always looked out for our best interest. Anytime I or anyone I talk to is in need of buying or selling a house, I'm DEFINITELY sending them to you!!! I just wish I would call you right away the first time and not let my father in law experiment with his friend-broker.(6 month wasted). Thank you again, We hope to see you soon at our new place (once we finally get settled here),
Alex, Yulia and Benjamin.

"My Friend Eva" For over 20 years it has been one of my greatest privileges in life to have been a friend, partner and business acquaintance with Eva Rosenberg. If one would were to look in the dictionary the definition of honesty, dedicated, hard working and really a nice person they certainly would come up with Eva Rosenberg's name. Eva and I have done many transactions together and I always felt she had my and my families best interests in heart. Eva is a true dedicated friend whom I laugh with, cry with and always have a sincere feeling with. She is more like a caring sister to me,projecting her bravery giving me a standard to look up to. I am very lucky and proud to have her in my life. Paul B. Cole

Hi Eva,
I am doing well, thanks! I hope you are well too and it sounds like you are keeping busy. Here is my testimonial below:
One of the first things Eva said was that she could picture the type of family that would purchase my house. As a recently widowed man, this was my first home sale and I was immediately soothed because Eva had a vision for a successful future. Eva gave an estimate of what she thought the house would sell for during our first encounter as well. About two weeks later, Eva called to inform me that a potential buyer had made a bid and it was close to her original estimate. As Eva described the potential buyers, I pictured the family and became hopeful for them. It was like a team. I wasn't alone in the process at all. There was me, Eva, and this family that I began hoping the best for. I attribute my compassion for this family to Eva. Our transaction would not have gone as smoothly had she not informed me of her experience with this family. We ended up selling for almost the exact same price that Eva originally estimated and to the type of family that Eva predicted would desire the house.
This house was not only mine but it was my late husband's as well. Our time in this house was a treasure. Eva clearly understood that and often mentioned my late husband's involvement in the transaction of the house. It turns out that one night one of the buyers had a dream about my late husband and our house. They mentioned this to Eva and she passed the news along to me. I think selling the house came full circle at this point. I realized that just like Eva helped me hold the buyers in exceptional regard, she helped the buyers respect me and my late husband as well. Wishing others the best is not just a couple of words to say to make someone feel better. It is an action and Eva showed me how you do it.
Sincerely,
Greg Stanford

To Whom it May Concern, Eva Rosenberg, while not only being one of Rodeo Realty's top producing agents, is also an exemplary real estate practitioner. She has been working at Rodeo Realty since 1988. The skills and expertise that she exhibits while handling her transactions are what some would consider to be the gold standard. Her reputation amongst her clients is only exceeded by her reputation amongst her peers. Most of her business comes from previous clients and their referrals.
I have seen few professionals work so well with first time buyers, move up buyers, and property sellers. Her marketing and negotiating skills have proven invaluable in working with buyers and sellers. She is even a specialist in working with seniors! Her website babyboomersbroker.com more clearly defines her services. She has been featured in the LA Times and other media outlets both for her specialized service to seniors and her exemplary service and results over the years.
I am proud to have Eva as part of Rodeo Realty; she has been a big part of our success!
Thank you,

In the search for my first home, I had the very good fortune of having Eva Rosenberg as my realtor. I say, ‘good fortune’, because when I hear of other people speak of their experience with realtors, I have heard of some very unfortunate and unhappy experiences, and it is with these other stories that I realize just how lucky I had been. Eva made the process so seamless, and so easy that it is easy to take for granted all that she had done along the way.
Eva has a very natural and organic way of getting to know someone. She is able to correctly assess and evaluate the type of person you are, and listens for what you are about, what you are looking for, and then can determine which neighborhoods, homes, etc.. that would be best for you. She knew exactly what I was looking for, what neighborhoods would be most comfortable for me, what homes she felt would be my taste, and in the price range that I was able to afford. I had complete trust and faith in her expertise, in her guidance, and in advocating for my interests during the entire process. More than that, just who Eva is in her own way, makes a person feel so comfortable and taken care of.
I cannot express enough my gratitude that it was Eva Rosenberg who was taking me through the very stressful and exciting process of buying a new home. I am certain it would not have been the same without her.
Warmly,
Julie Michaelson, LCSW, Psy.D.

Dear Eva,
This letter is not to simply thank you for your help given to me at the time of my greatest need, but also to show you how grateful I am for your being there for me.
Although you have been my real estate broker since 1999 when you helped me find my condo at 18411 Hatteras Street, Tarzana, CA, we have known each longer than that. Choosing you to represent me in this transaction was due to you vast knowledge of the real estate in the area I was looking to relocate myself in, to your running around with me to so many different and various condos and single homes, to your "holding my hand" at the time that was scared to go through with the closing, and to just stand by me when I needed you so. We then kept in touch through the years.
Then, 2009 came, and you were there once again for me when I needed help in keeping my house after losing my job and being unable to find a new job. As the mortgagor of my property was unwilling to refinance my house for a lower monthly payment, we together decided to put the house up for a short sale in order to avoid foreclosure. Eva, you were there along my side holding my hand, as we slowly went through the process of listing the house, having open houses, obtaining the offers, and finally arriving at a deal.
It was a a hard process for me, losing a condo I so loved and took care of. I could not have done it without you. No way. I was a complete mess. It was not only a loss of a physical structure, but a part of me died there too.
Only because you, Eva, stood by my side that I was able to go through the whole process; your phone calls to the buyers' broker, to the bank, and your coping with all my unflattering outbursts --- and you held my hand.
Looking back now, I do not know how I'll ever be able to thank you. I am so grateful to you for all that you did for me. Your presence, your good words and your comfort, and above all your work ethic. In all senses you are a true MENTSCH.
I know that this letter is late in coming to you, to thank you, to be grateful to you for your being present at my side, but please accept it as a very small token of my appreciation of Eva Rosenberg.

Being named successor trustee of my late mother’s estate just like about everything else, finding the proper people for the "task at hand" can be the biggest challenge. After a lengthy process of eliminating the entire contents of my mothers home, having lived there forty + years, having the original roof (leaking), paint (peeling), carpets (ruined), etc. I took a broom and swept the house out, didn't even vacuum and clean put a For Sale by Owner sign up and ran an ad in the newspaper to try to avoid a very costly and lengthy renovation. Approx 50 agents showed up at the house - it was to say the least interesting, as well as enlightening. There were more than a few that were not even interested in the house because of it's condition, to those who felt I should dramatically reduce the price to compensate, to those who promised me all I was asking - yet to me they seemed distant, distracted, shallow. Then came Eva Rosenberg. She was like #47 or #48 (I really can't remember but I do have it documented), when she walked thru that front door, I could "see it in her eyes", she saw the house for what it once was - and not just what it could be. My late father was an entertainer and it was an entertainer’s house. It was just empty, and in need of some major attention. Eva got it - unlike any of the others. I found Eva to be professional, conscientious, compassionate and pleasant thru out the entire process, as well as being extremely helpful with all the attorneys needs - documents, and process, etc. And also for family if needed - Eva understanding that handling sales liquidation of some things goes much deeper that the objects themselves, for myself as well as all the other family members spent much of our lives in that house and it was not being sold for purposes of moving into a bigger house. I listed the house with Eva November 8th it sold December 19th - just in time for Christmas. The house sold for a little more than asking price (due to loans, etc) and for more than comparable homes on the market at that time (in the same area), those houses admittinly in much better condition than my mothers. Eva said it was my mother...Hey I ran the ad, the ad brought me Eva, don't I get any credit? I can give you a bit of advice, only run the ad if you cant' get Eva Rosenberg.

Dear Eva, I want to thank-you for taking such wonderful care of my mom during the sale of her home after my dad died. My husband and I already knew that you were a great realtor, since we'd listed and sold homes with you before. But the stress and worry that is involved when it's ones parent was overwhelming. Without your help I would have been lost. The scheduling of inspections, showings, and open houses was done with mom's feelings in mind. When you arranged for me to have power of attorney for the transaction, I was able to take care of the paperwork so she didn't have to. After living in her home for fifty years, she had so many questions. You answered each one with patience and caring that was amazing. We will forever be grateful, and will always recommend you to any of our friends and family when they need a great agent.

Eva Rosenberg sold two homes for us and we cannot praise her enough! The first home belonged to my parents and after my father passed away, she was very helpful to my sister and I, knowing the stress we were under. Eva took her time with us and didn't rush our decisions. She was very compassionate to our needs, being a baby boomer herself. We were impressed with her knowledge and expertise and she was always available for us. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Eva and would highly recommend her for all your real estate needs.

I would like to thank you for the professional way you handled the closure and the buying of our new house. Without your considerable knowledge of the real estate market, we would not have been able to purchase the house. In order to transfer my property taxes from my old house and utilize proposition 69 and 90. Eva was the only one who knew how to structure the contract and was able to save us about $9,000 dollars a year in property taxes. Thank you again for your assistance.
